Visited Gold Label today with my younger brother who has just started a car valeting business. Walking in can be quite overwhelming due to the amount of products (which is good as you have a great variety to pick from) however Steve was super helpful and recommended various products along with plenty of tips which we appreciated. 5* service, will 100% be back.

Came in earlier for some PH neutral wash and some car pro reload to take care of my new ceramic coating, coming in with not much knowledge I was given top tier advice from one of the staff members, he explained the benefits and advised me on what products to buy, while keeping cost in mind too, I made an informed purchase and I am very happy with the products, the expertise and care the staff give to selling their products and helping customers understand before they buy is very reassuring. It's great to have a shop with staff like this, will definitely be returning for all my detailing products. 5 stars

Just had my car washed by Steve and he did a great job! The attention to detail was spot on, and the finish was 👌🏼. What really stood out though was Steve’s knowledge, he clearly knows his stuff when it comes to paintwork and products. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a top-quality job. Bought Dr Beasley’s Matte Paint Cleanser 12oz and Matte Body Wash 32oz around a week and a half ago. I was told by Charlotte that they were currently awaiting stock for the Cleanser and I could either have the Cleanser refunded or wait and have them both shipped once the cleanser came in, I chose the latter. Charlotte constantly kept me updated on when the stock would come which was very useful and when the stock did come in, they sent the package immediately with a 24 hour delivery service. They even threw in a couple of freebies because of the wait for the cleanser. All in all, a fantastic experience buying from them and I’m definitely going to be returning when I need car supplies! Massive shout out too gold label!🎉 I’ve visited gold label with my partner a few times and have ordered from them previously and have always had an excellent service from all the staff there, always really friendly and polite! I have Recently made an ordered from Gold Label for my partner for Christmas and I’m ecstatic at the value for money I got from purchasing two mystery boxes from them. The amount of stuff in them is more than worth the money I couldn’t belive it! I also made and enquiry about the purchase I had made through the online chat where I was messaged back from Gabriel within minutes and all my questions were answered in detail and you could tell that he valued his customers! Extremely happy with my purchase and the service I got from now and in previous purchases would definitely recommend too anyone who is struggling on what to buy there partners anytime of the year! Visited in store today for the first time after seeing a video online. Impressed is the least I can say, anything you could possible want they’ve got it, a perfect one stop shop. Huge thanks to Steve who helped me from start to finish with every question I had, I could tell he was a very helpful and knowledgeable individual when it come to cleaning/detailing, even giving me a helping hand getting the items to the car. Seeing a shop as kitted as this combine that with the excellent customer service honestly will be back in no time for more equipment. All the best to the staff and everyone involved. Will post a photo of my purchases in a few days when I’ve had a chance to digest & shelve it all, was definitely a boot full 🤩.
