Yum Wash

Our premium pH neutral shampoo is gentle and safe to use on all painted, vinyl and glass surfaces. The super thick liquid consistency creates a huge amount of foam and lubrication which safely removes traffic film, road dirt, grime, pollen and other contaminants, but will not strip or compromise any wax or sealant protection, nor will it dry out or harm plastics or rubbers and it rinses clean without leaving behind any water spots or streaks.

Yum Wheels

Our thick gel like viscosity liquid wheel cleaner clings to the wheels for excellent cleaning power and targets iron and metallic particles without running off. This non-acidic, pH neutral wheel cleaner is safe to use on most painted, polished, powder coated, clear coated and chrome rims and wheels. It is even safe to use on paint to dissolve and eliminate stubborn iron particles, break dust and tough road dirt and grime.

Yum Detailer

Safe on paint, plastic, chrome, aluminium, fibreglass, windows and trim, Yum Detailer is our most versatile product and is safe to use on all exterior surfaces of your vehicle. It can be used to remove dust, light dirt, fingerprints and will boost existing protection on your vehicle. It is also excellent for use as a lubricant with a clay bar or mitt, gloss enhancer, wax topper, waterless wash, dust cleaner and even a drying aid.

Yum Citrus

Our strong concentrated cleaner is specifically designed to remove and dissolve dirt, grease, grime and bugs from your vehicle prior to the washing process. Yum Citrus has been developed for our customers to not only aid in the pre-wash process, but to also boost other elements in the detailing journey, such as engine bay touch-ups, door jam cleaning and panel gap agitation.

Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
