
P&S Fabric & Carpet Deep Clean System

The P&S Details 3-Step Fabric Cleaning System is a professional-grade system that uses three products to clean and protect fabric surfaces. Use the system in order of:
- Pre-treat spots and stains with Terminator. Spray Terminator directly onto the spot or stain and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Then, use a clean microfiber towel to blot the area.
- Clean the fabric with Carpet Bomber. Mix Carpet Bomber with water according to the product instructions. Then, apply the Carpet Bomber solution to the fabric using a carpet extractor or a manual carpet brush. Work the solution into the fabric and then extract it using a carpet extractor or a wet/dry vacuum.
- Apply Finisher to the fabric. Spray Finisher directly onto the fabric and allow it to air dry. Finisher will neutralize any residual cleaning chemicals, eliminate any residual organic stains, and slightly sterilize the surface.
Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
For exchanges, return your item and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Contact us for any questions about returns or refunds.
