IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CONNECTORS
If you have a short trigger gun (or are purchasing a short trigger gun), you will need to 1/4 quick release option from the drop down menu.
If you have a Kranzle Pressure washer, please check whether your connector is a D10 or D12 and select accordingly from the drop down menu. (Kranzle Quick Connect is the D10 connector and Nilfisk Quick Release is D12)
If you have a Nilfisk domestic pressure washer (C/E/P series) you will either need the Gerni/New Nilfisk connector.  Please check the images and sleect the relevant fitting
If you have a Karcher HD Pressure Washer please check if you have the standard Karcher HD or an Eazy Force connector and select accordingly.

Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

For exchanges, return your item and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Contact us for any questions about returns or refunds.
