What is it? Fresh is a high strength alkaline interior cleaner that can be used neat or diluted according to preference. It is extremely effective at cleaning fabric seats for stain removal, carpets, and also plastic and vinyl dashboards or trim. We do not recommend using Fresh on leather, suede or Alcantara.

What's it made from? This water based cleaner uses alkaline chemistry to deliver its exceptional cleaning power while also eliminating the most common types of bacteria. During testing Fresh Interior was effective to 89.6% (ISO 22196) and remains highly effective against common bacterial strains such as  Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. 

What are the features? Highly versatile, Fresh can be used in a spray bottle, IK style foamer for seats and carpets, and also in a wet and dry extraction machine such as a Numatic George, Karcher Puzzi, or Rug Doctor style machine. When using in an extractor, you can use Fresh at incredibly high dilutions (100:1 - 200:1) and achieve professional results. 

How does it fit into the wash process? Fresh can be used as a stand-alone maintenance product for a quick wipe down, or for more deep cleaning tasks. Because it has no added fragrance and leaves none behind, you can decide which type of air freshener to use afterward. Anti-bacterial action may vary when the product is diluted.

Safety information: For use on automotive interior plastic, vinyl, fabric and carpet only. Avoid contact with Paintwork and Glass. Do not apply to bare metal finishes. Apply Fresh in a well-ventilated environment. Always wear gloves when using chemicals and avoid contact with bare skin. If irritation develops when using Fresh stop immediately and wash the affected area with plenty of cold water and introduce gentle scrubbing. Fresh will cause irritation to the eyes, and airways. Always stand upwind of any spray. If Fresh encounters eyes rinse thoroughly with eyewash. Keep out of reach of children! If swallowed contact your local emergency services and do not induce vomiting.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
