Usage Instructions for Decontamin8r Clay Towel:

1. Thoroughly wash your vehicle to remove any loose dirt and debris.

2. Soak the Decontamin8r Clay Towel in a bucket of water mixed with a clay lubricant solution or vehicle soap. Make sure to fully saturate the towel.

3. Gently glide the towel over the surface of the vehicle, using light pressure. The clay towel will pick up embedded contaminants, such as brake dust, tar, and tree sap.

4. As you use the towel, periodically check the surface of the vehicle for smoothness. If you feel resistance or roughness, continue to clay that area until it feels smooth.

5. Rinse the towel in the clay lubricant solution frequently to prevent contaminants from scratching the vehicle's paint.

6. Once you have decontaminated the entire vehicle, rinse it thoroughly to remove any remaining clay residue.

7. Allow the vehicle to dry and inspect the paint for any remaining contaminants. If needed, repeat the decontamination process.

8. After each use, rinse the Decontamin8r Clay Towel with water and allow it to air dry. Store it in a cool, dry place.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
