Laundry is a dedicated cleaning solution, especially for microfibre cloths and towels. Cleaning power comes from a blend of mild surfactants that thoroughly clean your microfibre products.

Laundry contains no conditioners, which will harm or degrade the absorbance and performance of any microfibre products.

Dedicated microfibre wash detergents manufactured for the car care world are explicitly designed to tackle polymers, waxes, and oils found in car cleaning and detailing products. These same components are often designed to resist general detergents. This is why it's essential to use a dedicated cleaning product for the best results.

HOW TO USE:

Washing machine

1. Add 50ml of Laundry into your detergent drawer.
2. Run a 30-degree cycle.

Hand wash

1. Add 50ml of Laundry into a bowl of warm water.
2. Allow cloths to soak and agitate.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow them to dry.
4. Allow to dry naturally.

Warning: Do not use fabric conditioners. Do not tumble dry.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
