Application recommendation:
Before using Old Leather Softener, thoroughly clean and dry the surface. Repairs to cracks and breaks using liquid leather must be carried out before treatment with the Old Leather Softener. Apply Old Leather Softener to a sponge or soft cloth and wipe the leather. Ideally, treat the leather from the reverse side. After application, allow the leather to rest at room temperature for at least 24 hours. Repeat the process if necessary. After each treatment, gently massage and knead the leather to loosen the fibres. Do not perform more than three treatments. A maximum of one litre of Old Leather Softener is needed for an entire, very dry vehicle interior. Before dyeing, the surface must be degreased again. Afterward, condition the leather.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
