Designed to remove medium to heavy bonded contaminants – such as tree sap, water spots, overspray, road grime, and industrial fallout – this towel glides effortlessly over your vehicle’s surface, leaving it smooth and prepped for the next step in your detailing process.

Unlike traditional clay bars, our perforated synthetic clay towel can be rinsed and reused, offering superior value and efficiency. Whether you use it during your wash or as part of a dedicated decontamination process, this towel ensures your paint and glass surfaces are free of contaminants, enhancing the clarity and shine of your finish.

Directions:

• Ensure the vehicle's surface is cool and out of direct sunlight.
• Use a high-quality clay lubricant or soapy water on both the towel and the surface you’re treating.
• During the wash process or a standard decontamination, glide the towel over the panel until the surface feels smooth.
• Rinse the towel frequently and ensure it remains lubricated during use to prevent any residue buildup.
• Thoroughly rinse each treated panel and move to the next section.
• Once the decontamination is done, rinse the towel and let it air dry. Once dry, store the towel in its original packaging, ready for next use.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
