Chemical Guys Convertible Top Cleaner removes dirt and stains from any convertible soft top. This versatile formula breaks down dirt and stains on convertible tops and tonneau covers, while being able to safely remove dirt, grease, road grime, tree sap, tar, water spots, bird droppings and much more. Chemical Guys Convertible Top Cleaner is pH neutral and biodegradable which means it is environmentally friendly.

This is a very easy to use product, all you need to do is begin by rinsing off any heavy debris from the top using a sharp stream of water, then spray Convertible Top Cleaner directly onto the soft top to begin the cleaning process. You can also follow up with Convertible Top Protectant and Repellent to protect your vehicle's convertible top from the elements.

Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
