The short story of this journey to start our expansion into new air freshener technology. We have looked for many years to find the perfect team who appreciate quality and who do not over look the finer details. Well, we have finally found the gold mine, a dedicated fragrance house who only specially in niche projects like this. Part of our air freshener technology is that an air deodoriser is built in with the scent which in turn not only makes the interior smell extremely good but also lightly begins to clean the air which is very important in making the scent last as it does.
This is our first release within the V2 line of air quality perfection and we will use this air freshener as the jumping block for immediate future projects.
Warning
As the name suggests, this air freshener is designed to be hung freely with the string provided. Do not allow product to come into contact with any surfaces inside the vehicle or home as it may stain and/or cause damage. Read product packaging before use and keep out the reach of children.
Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
For exchanges, return your item and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Contact us for any questions about returns or refunds.
