Alkaline Pre-Wash is an alkaline solution designed to remove hazardous contaminants and pollutants from your vehicle before you start your wash. Alkaline Pre-Wash is safe on paint, Fireball coatings, trim, plastics, and PPF. The ideal first step after a perfect paint correction.

How to Use:
- Prepare the mixture: Use the following dilution ratios based on the cleaning need: Unsealed, heavily soiled surfaces: 1:30 | Unsealed, less soiled surfaces: 1:50 | Sealed surfaces & carpets: 1:150.
- Shake the diluted mixture well before use.
- Ensure surfaces and wheels are cool to the touch.
- Evenly spray the product onto the contaminated areas.
- Allow it to sit for 2-4 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure cleaner until all dirt is removed.
- For heavily soiled areas, repeat the process as needed.
- After pre-cleaning, wash the vehicle as usual with a pH-neutral shampoo.

To achieve optimal results, allow the alkaline solution to dwell on the surface before pre-rinsing. This brief resting period helps the cleaner penetrate deeper into stubborn grime, effectively loosening dirt and maximizing its cleaning power for a superior finish.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
