Care Instructions

Proper care ensures your Clean. Level One Towel maintains its exceptional absorbency and softness. Follow these guidelines:

• Wash Separately: Always launder microfibre towels separately from cotton or other fabrics to prevent lint transfer and maintain their lint-free quality. 
• Use Cold Water: Opt for cold or warm water (below 105F/40C) on a gentle cycle to preserve the integrity of the microfibre strands. 
• Avoid Fabric Softeners and Bleach: These can coat the fibres, reducing absorbency and effectiveness.
• Drying: Air drying is ideal. If using a dryer, select a low-heat or air-dry setting to prevent heat damage.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Gold Label Car Care is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

For more information or to track your shipment, refer to your order confirmation email. Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. Special handling charges may apply for items weighing over 25kg.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

For exchanges, return your item and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Contact us for any questions about returns or refunds.
