Pre Coating Prep

Q²M LeatherCleaner Natural is also the perfect pre coating leather cleaner. Many cleaners leave behind softening and preserving agents that will negatively affect a coating install. This cleaner does not, and is ideal for coating prep.

PRO TIP - Begin by vacuuming the upholstery. Then, mix Q²M LeatherCleaner Natural with water to boost foam and aid in cleaner distribution. Employ the Q²M ScrubPad EVO and work in sections.

TIP: Always wipe away dirt with a microfiber cloth in a straight motion. Ensure you have at least three towels: one for the initial wipe, a damp one to clear suds, and another to dry the surface.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
