De-Icing Directions:

1. Remove the cap and decant Hamblechem Zero Ice into a suitable trigger spray bottle.

2. Spray liberally onto the iced surface.

3. Allow the formula to work and melt the ice.

4. For thicker ice deposits, allow additional dwell time and reapply if required.

For locks and handles, spray directly into affected areas and target recesses to help penetrate frozen mechanisms.

Winter Use:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
