Straight away you will notice the super-smooth power delivery and solid build quality that will inspire confidence in a first-time user as well as being a welcome change for the daily use professional. The 5" standard backing plate is designed to accommodate all polishing pads up to 5.5" and is also commonly interchangeable with other branded machine parts. 

The 1000w motor ensures you always have the power you need to safely correct even in contoured or tight areas where other machines can bog down or stall. The professionals will highly appreciate the 10M chubby cable which is nearly impossible to kink!

Orders are processed within 1 working day, with no shipping on weekends. If there are delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
