How to use:

Precautions:

• Shake well.
• Avoid applying in direct sunlight.
• Wear skin protection.
• Wear respiratory protection.
• Wear eye protection.
• Always test in small area before full application to determine flash time.
• Shelf life of 12 months, use within 3 months of opening when stored correctly.

Prep:

The Prep is the most important step of the process, our coating is great but it can not do the prep work for you!

1. Decontaminate the vehicle using Armour Detail Supply Decon Soap and Iron Remover, followed by removing further embedded contamination with a clay bar or synthetic clay mitt.

2. Optional: If swirl marks, or scratches are present, polish the paint to reduce any surface defects and create maximum gloss.

3. Use our Armour Detail Supply Panel Prep to remove any oils/residue left from your polishing step. If you did not polish the surface, repeat this step twice to ensure a clean surface.

You are ready to apply Armour PHOBIC Spray Coating!

Application:

1. After thorough prep prime an applicator or short nap towel with 10-15 sprays to start and each subsequent application will only need 3-5 sprays, a little goes a long way. 

2. Apply PHOBIC 1 panel at a time using overlapping circles (like a wax) making sure to have even, level coverage. Allow the product to “set up” for 30-60 seconds depending on temperature/humidity. Look for uniform small sweat beads or slight hazing to appear before removing.

3. In a similar circular motion level the coating using a plush towel for final leveling. Check for any streaks, or high spots which can appear as cloudy or dark spots. Repeat this process per panel. 

4. Use a fresh side of the plush leveling towel every other panel. The application towel/pad can be used over the whole vehicle.

5. Once finished, remove spray pump from bottle and rinse thoroughly with water or alcohol solution. Secure sealing cap on bottle tightly and store in a cool/dry place for extended use.

Armour PHOBIC Spray Coating was designed as a single layer coating, however, it can be layered. If you wish to apply multiple layers allow a few minutes between layers. This will guarantee optimal performance.

After Care:

Allow product to sit 4 hours for initial cure. After 4 hours you can apply our Armour Detail Supply AMPLIFY or Ceramic Spray Sealant to protect the coating during its initial cure. Do not wash or induce to chemicals for 24 hours.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
