The Poorboy’s World DA-15PRO is a professional grade dual action polishing machine with a 15mm orbital throw.

The DA-15PRO has a larger throw compared to the Poorboy’s DA-1000 which has an 8mm throw. The longer throw means the machine polishes a larger area per revolution. This speeds up polishing jobs and ensures a safe, low temperature cut.

The machine features a powerful 1000-watt motor and is ergonomically designed. The head and handle feature a non-slip rubber coated grip to provide safe and comfortable usability.

We offer various shipping options, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, and APC Overnight. Overnight delivery is available only within the continental United Kingdom. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
