Dr Beasley's Matte Film Coating Kit

Dr. Beasley’s Matte Film Coating Kit is a ceramic coating system formulated specifically for matte vinyl wraps and paint protection films.

Maximize your wrap or film’s lifespan with the coating’s added UV inhibitors that prevent fading, yellowing, and disadhesion, while minimizing maintenance with hydrophobic self-cleaning. Get everything you need to properly prep and protect your matte wrap.

WHAT THIS KIT INCLUDES:

(1) Matte Film Coating – 1 oz

(1) Matte Film Coating Prep – 2 oz

(1) Foam Block Applicator

(2) Suede Cloths

DIRECTIONS:

1. Before applying Matte Film Coating, ensure the film or vinyl wrap's surface is free of contaminants using Dr. Beasley's Film Cleanser.

2. Spray Matte Film Coating Prep onto a film or vinyl-wrapped panel and remove with a microfibre cloth. This removes any excess residue and provides anchor points for Matte Film Coating to bond with.

3. Wrap the suede cloth around the foam block applicator and apply ~10 drops of Matte Film Coating on the cloth in a line.

4. Start by applying Matte Film Coating in vertical lines down the panel. After you've covered the panel with vertical lines, go back and repeat with horizontal lines. This crosshatch pattern will ensure full coverage. Avoid getting the product in panel gaps.

5. Let product sit on surface for 2-3 minutes and then remove with a microfibre towel.

6. Repeat steps 4-5 on each panel until all of your film or vinyl-wrapped surfaces are protected. Reapply several drops of Matte Film Coating on your applicator after a few panels.

7. After coating the vehicle's film or vinyl, leave it undisturbed for one hour.

Additionally, we're not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@goldlabelcarcare.co.uk. If your return is approved due to damage or fault, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns for items sent back without prior approval.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
